2. 清空信託內的投資沿路資金取回
3. 申請高等法院申請仲裁

If a settlor opt to revoke his trust, the trust assets will be vested to him via the following ways :

• if there is a trust underlying special purpose vehicle, the shares of it will be transferred to the settlor or any other trust company.
• UTGL would transfer the trust assets back to the settlor, as if the settlor had never vested his assets to UTGL. ( subject to depreciation of value of the trust assets). That is, we will transfer assets back to settlor in the same way the settlor had injected in the first instance.
